Shipping Costs
Domestic (Within United Kingdom)
We ship all orders using Royal Mail. The rates are as follows:
Royal Mail 1st Class:

0 – 0.5 kg: £1.65
Royal Mail (Signed for):

Up to 0.5 kg: £3.35
Processing & Delivery Times

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being shipped.

Shipping: Estimated 3–14 business days (varies by location).

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels
Once a parcel has been dispatched, it is out of our control. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates or prevent delays, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.
Lost Parcels
If your order appears lost, please:

Check the tracking information for the latest updates.

Look for a delivery attempt notice (it may have been left at your local post office).

Confirm with household members or neighbors if they accepted the delivery on your behalf.

Check safe places around your home where the package may have been left.
If your parcel is still missing after these steps and is marked as delivered or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@medandgrace.com, and we will initiate an inquiry with the shipping provider.
Damaged Items or Missing Contents
If your parcel arrives damaged or with missing items, please:

Take clear photos of the package and its contents.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@medandgrace.com with details.

We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider for eligible compensation.
Stolen Parcels
Once an order is marked as delivered, it becomes the customer’s responsibility. If a package is stolen after delivery, we recommend:

Using a secure collection point (e.g., parcel lockers) if available.

Filing a report with local authorities.
We are unable to replace or refund stolen packages.
Returned Parcels
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we can:

Reship the parcel (customer covers additional shipping costs).
If the error was on our end, we will resend the package at no additional charge.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our prices. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customers should verify that the items ordered comply with their country’s import regulations.

If a parcel is seized or returned by customs, we are not responsible for any loss, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
